Guaranteed development of websites and applications : 

1. Programming Quality Guarantee:

We guarantee that the website/app will be free of any major

programming errors that affect its basic functionality for a 

period of [one month] from the delivery date.

Software errors discovered during the warranty period will 

be fixed at no additional cost.

2. Compatibility and Operation Guarantee:

We guarantee the website/app's compatibility with the

browsers and operating systems agreed upon in the contract 

(such as Chrome, Firefox, Android, iOS).

We guarantee the website's compatibility with various 

devices (computers, mobile phones, tablets) according to the 

project's requirements.

3. Timeline Guarantee:

We are committed to completing the project within the

timeframe specified in the work schedule and agreed upon 

with the client in the contract.

In the event of any delays caused by the company, the client 

will be compensated through one of the following options:

      A [10%] discount off the total amount

      Providing a free additional feature within the project (as

agreed upon with the client).

4. Security and Protection Guarantee:

We guarantee that the website/app will not contain any

known security vulnerabilities upon delivery.

 We are committed to fixing any security vulnerabilities

discovered during the warranty period at no cost.

We guarantee the privacy and security of all data and 

information related to the client and the project.

We guarantee that no data will be shared or used for any 

purpose other than the scope of the project, and that it will 

be processed according to recognized security standards.

5. Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from

unauthorized modification by the client or a third party. 

The warranty does not cover additional updates or changes 

not agreed upon in the original contract.
